Job Overview

As a Client Success Manager / Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in guiding clients towards achieving their objectives while collaborating with internal teams to facilitate seamless project delivery. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in nurturing client relationships, juggling multiple projects, and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction. Your commitment to client success and meticulous attention to detail will be crucial to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster and sustain robust relationships with clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs, aspirations, and challenges. Serve as their primary contact for inquiries and support.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee that all project deliverables and timelines are achieved within budget.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients by coordinating training sessions and providing essential resources to ensure a seamless integration.
  • Continuously assess project progress and performance indicators for clients. Keep both clients and internal teams informed of updates while proactively addressing any emerging issues.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients to enhance our products and services. Work in tandem with various teams to ensure client insights are integrated into future strategies.
  • Document project specifics, including schedules, meeting records, and reports. Communicate status updates and key performance metrics to clients and internal partners.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to align client objectives with overarching business goals, contributing to the organization’s success.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of establishing rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects effectively while adhering to deadlines and detail-oriented processes.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (such as Asana, Trello, Jira) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (including HaloPSA, Connectwise, Autotask, Glasshive, Salesforce, Hubspot).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive mindset when addressing challenges.
  • Comfort in working autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or project coordination.
