We are seeking a skilled QAD Administrator/Subject Matter Expert to join our esteemed pharmaceutical manufacturing organization. This remote position offers a unique opportunity for a professional who is passionate about optimizing operational efficiencies through expert knowledge of the QAD ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the QAD expert, providing comprehensive support for our QAD ERP system.
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of various QAD modules to enhance operational performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and translate them into QAD solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions aimed at empowering end-users to utilize the QAD system proficiently.
  • Stay informed about QAD updates and industry best practices to continuously improve system performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the QAD environment.
  • Provide expertise in integrating QAD with other systems to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills
