Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete supply chain process, ensuring seamless management from inventory control to order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate logistics efforts with external partners, guaranteeing timely delivery of products to our customers.
  • Analyze operational workflows to pinpoint areas for improvement, driving efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and customer success to fulfill operational requests effectively.
  • Make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize risk management and streamline operations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or business operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management, third-party logistics (3PL), shipping and logistics, and order processing.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of effective inventory management and logistics coordination.
