We are currently seeking a committed Vice President of Finance to drive our financial strategies as we continue to expand. In this pivotal role, you will oversee operational accounting and cash management, steering our strategic financial direction through adept financial modeling and analytics (FP&A). Your analytical insights will be instrumental in guiding discussions that enhance return on investment (ROI) and profitability.

Job Overview

As the Vice President of Finance, you will take the lead in managing financial outcomes and ensuring that our financial operations are aligned with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to prepare budgets and uphold financial accountability.
• Develop comprehensive cohort-based cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure the timely and accurate closure of monthly financial books.
• Design efficient financial systems that scale with advanced technology.
• Create financial dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPI) trends.
  
  

Required Skills

• In-depth experience in managing monthly budgets exceeding $1 million in paid media.
• Strong grasp of key performance metrics such as ROAS, CVR, CPA, AOV, and churn.
• Proficient understanding of inventory accounting principles and practices.
• Expertise in developing detailed cash flow forecasts considering various customer cohorts.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
• Systems-oriented mindset with a focus on creating organized frameworks for sustained success.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in finance, particularly in direct-to-consumer and/or e-commerce settings within consumer products or food/beverage sectors.
• Extensive background in operational accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
