We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Online Adjunct Instructors to become integral members of our esteemed Nurse Practitioner Program. This role focuses on delivering high-quality education, mentoring students, and aiding in the development of the next generation of Nurse Practitioners. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive course instruction in alignment with the established curriculum while assisting students in achieving course objectives.
• Facilitate engaging discussions in online forums and workgroups to enhance the learning experience.
• Conduct office hours through virtual conferencing tools, offering feedback and assessments on student performance.
• For practicum courses, collaborate with students' preceptors, verify clinical hours, and review tracking documentation.
  
  

Required Skills

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Proven experience in mentoring and guiding students toward their academic goals.
• Familiarity with online course delivery systems, such as Canvas, is preferred.
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently practicing as a Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience as a licensed Nurse Practitioner (graduate school experience is excluded).
• Active, unencumbered board certification and state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding licenses in California, Kentucky, Rhode Island, or those with multi-state licensure.
