Job Overview

We are excited to invite applications for the role of Instructor Program Manager, a key position in our dynamic organization dedicated to advancing the future of eLearning. In this remote role, you will assume a vital role in enhancing instructor and student experiences, driving compliance with accreditation standards, and supporting instructor retention. Your efforts will directly contribute to a transformative learning environment that fosters professional growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of instructor program data.
  • Manage projects related to the creation, documentation, and execution of new instructor policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize the learning experience for our students.
  • Monitor initiatives that promote student success and readiness for assessments.
  • Provide strategic support in developing effective processes for instructors, teaching assistants (TAs), and mentors.
  • Prepare reports offering insights into program effectiveness and student outcomes.
  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify and address gaps.
  • Uphold programmatic accreditation standards (e.g., ACE, ACCET, State, VA) for current and future programs.
  • Maintain instructor files ensuring compliance with required regulations.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, supportive, and innovative learning environment.
