Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled School Psychologist to join our innovative team in a flexible remote position. This role offers the chance to positively influence the lives of students while working from the convenience of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs and eligibility for special education services.
  • Provide individual and group counseling designed to support students' emotional, social, and academic growth in a virtual setting.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other school personnel to design and implement personalized intervention strategies tailored to each student’s unique requirements.
  • Actively participate in virtual Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to the formulation of customized IEP goals.
  • Offer expert guidance to teachers and school staff on methods to enhance students' academic performance and behavioral development.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and confidential student records in line with state and federal regulations.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in school psychology, particularly in the context of virtual service delivery.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in virtual communication platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience in conducting virtual assessments and counseling is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Capability to create tailored intervention strategies for students.

Qualifications

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in the relevant state.
  • Previous experience with virtual assessments and counseling is preferred.
