Job Overview

Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Family Therapist, where you will play a vital role in supporting the therapeutic development of students and their families in a remote work environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement thorough treatment plans tailored to individual student requirements.
  • Conduct weekly family therapy sessions via Zoom to foster integral family involvement in the therapeutic process.
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation, including weekly therapy notes, to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate effectively with Primary Counselors during treatment team meetings to evaluate the progress of students and their families.
  • Oversee the entire therapeutic journey of each student to guarantee substantive progress.

  • Strong therapeutic skills in family therapy.
  • Excellent communication abilities, particularly in virtual settings.
