Job Overview

We are seeking a committed and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based treatment remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using video or phone consultations.
• Perform mental health assessments and facilitate appropriate counseling and referral services.
• Maintain accurate documentation in adherence to Federal, State, and organizational regulations.
  
  

Required Skills

• Current LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in Washington State.
• Proficient in documentation and treatment planning using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Strong engagement and assessment abilities to effectively support a diverse patient population.
• Experience in psychotherapy using evidence-based therapeutic methods.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience in a mental health therapist role, with evidence-based treatment delivery.
• Access to reliable technology, including a computer, webcam, and internet connection, in a private and quiet space for sessions.
• Willingness to pursue additional state licenses as necessary.
