Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ functional abilities to identify their unique needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect assessment outcomes and align with patient objectives.

• Track patient progress meticulously and update treatment plans as required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure integrated care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Kansas with active credentials.
