Job description

Job Overview

We are thrilled to present a unique opportunity for Pharmacy Technicians to join our team in both closed-door and remote pharmacy environments. Initially, candidates will undergo comprehensive training in a pharmacy setting before transitioning into a remote role. Training will occur Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, followed by flexible remote working hours of either 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM post-training. Please be aware that our pharmacy operations are closed on holidays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support by addressing patient inquiries and concerns via phone.
  • Accurately process and manage patient orders within the pharmacy management system.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, alongside adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to deliver the highest quality of patient care.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork and customer service skills while working with colleagues.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Residency in Arizona is mandatory due to on-site training requirements.
