Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Medical Billing A/R Specialist focused on pending claims, to become an integral part of our revenue generation team. This remote opportunity allows you to play a key role in ensuring the effective monitoring and resolution of outstanding medical claims, while adhering to our established protocols for prompt processing and payment accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diligently follow up with insurance providers to secure timely and complete payments for submitted claims.
  • Conduct thorough research and submit corrected claims or appeals when necessary to expedite resolution.
  • Engage with insurance representatives to address and rectify any discrepancies in payment amounts.
  • Process and document financial adjustments, including write-offs, transfers, and chargebacks across various billing platforms.
  • Provide clients with additional information to enhance collection efforts.
  • Analyze insurance reimbursement receipts for accuracy and completeness.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information by complying with professional standards and relevant regulations.
