Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect specializing in Oracle Data & Analytics to drive our clients’ digital transformation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will empower organizations to leverage Oracle’s comprehensive technology solutions to tackle pressing business challenges across finance, operations, human capital, customer engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement data and analytics strategies, guiding projects from inception through completion.
• Collaborate with clients to deploy Oracle's data solutions, emphasizing data governance and management best practices.
• Lead a diverse team of onshore and offshore professionals, including analysts, solution architects, and developers, to deliver impactful data solutions.
• Analyze intricate data flows, designing architectures that enhance data efficiency and processes.
• Oversee project timelines, evaluate potential risks, and proactively resolve challenges.
• Conduct data solution assessments, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
• Engage in the design and delivery of innovative cloud-based analytics solutions utilizing tools such as Oracle OFSAA, ADW, FAW, OAC, and Power BI.
• Cultivate collaboration among various stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven leadership experience managing both onshore and offshore teams.
• Deep expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and cloud-based technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a background in process automation and relevant technologies such as Alteryx, UiPath, and Power BI.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-suite applications.
• Familiarity with finance systems (e.g., General Ledger, Sub-Ledgers, Hyperion) and specific industry data domains.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• At least 6 years of demonstrable experience in data strategy, governance, and solution implementation projects.

Compensation And Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is between \(100,000 and \)232,000, accompanied by the potential for an annual discretionary bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays, and vacation time.
