Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SQL, and API integration. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions that enhance our marketing, sales, and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives, optimize database management, and integrate third-party applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong expertise in SQL for data manipulation and querying large datasets.
Experience with API design, development, and integration in Salesforce environments.
Proven track record of designing scalable and secure Salesforce architectures.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Community).
Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms for API integration.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools like Jira.
