The Opportunity:

With supervision, the Analyst Revenue Cycle I works directly with all levels of leadership. The Analyst Revenue Cycle I is knowledgeable in Revenue Cycle Operations: technology, applications, systems, and processes and will have ownership over one or more technologies / processes with Revenue Cycle.

Essential Job Functions

Provides service level revenue cycle operations reporting and analysis within revenue cycle services.

Escalates issues and concerns with leadership to identify and resolve service level issues.

Analyze and understand historical data and staffing to forecast future requirements.

Supports the review, recommendation and implementation of metrics and reporting for Revenue Cycle Services.

Assists in strategic planning and performs ongoing process improvement evaluation.

Provides exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
