Principal Consultant, SAP Sales & Service

Job Summary

The SAP CX Sales & Service Senior Consultant is responsible for delivering the required CRM functionality within an SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud environment (aka Cloud for Customer, C4C) to meet the client's requirements. Professionals in this position should have deep CRM process and configuration expertise in SAP CX across all areas of the CRM portfolio including:

  • Lead & Opportunity Management
  • Territory Management
  • Quote & Order Management
  • Service Tickets
  • Call Centre
  • Integration to SAP ERP/ Commerce/Emarsys/CDP/CDC/CPQ/FSM/Qualtrics/BTP. Experience in SAP FSM, SAP CPQ, Emarsys, BTP is a plus.

  • Consistently delivers assigned work within the estimated effort and according to the defined requirements. (+/- 30%)
  • Escalates issues appropriately and in a timely manner to the relevant Project leads.
  • Works well within the project team and contributes constructively to the solution as appropriate.
  • Consistently delivers quality solutions within the context of the project. (low QA failure rate on stories)

Knowledge Management

  • Demonstrated application of experience and knowledge within the context of the project assignments (learn from mistakes, no repeat behavior)
  • Demonstrated sharing of knowledge and skills within the project teams and wider team.
  • Actively participates in team retros and standups.
  • Self-motivated to learn and grow both personally and within the project context.

Education

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Software Engineering or a related field.

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP CX implementations in Sales & Service transformations using SAP Sales and Service Cloud V1 / V2;
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud functional and technical configuration & setup including CTI integration;
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP CRM Sales & Service processes;
  • Work independently or as part of a team and complete multiple task assignments;
  • Identify client business issues through vendor/Deloitte client team and facilitate solution development documentation, development, and delivery;
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communications skills

Desirable

  • Experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
  • Experience in SAP CPQ2.0 (aka Callidus Cloud)
  • Experience in SAP Subscription Order Management with SAP Sales and CPQ Cloud.
  • Experience in SAP BTP

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Solution Consultant Certification at least 2 of the following solutions
    • SAP Sales Cloud
    • SAP Service Cloud
    • SAP Emarsys

  • Be able to travel as needed in a post covid environment. Must be willing to travel as a consultant
