Bachelor's degree in a related field, 10+ years of experience in SAP CX implementations, 5+ years in functional/technical configuration of SAP Sales and Service Cloud, Experience in CRM processes and solutions, Certified in at least two of SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, or SAP Emarsys.
Key responsabilities:
- Deliver CRM functionality in SAP Sales and Service Cloud
- Complete project assignments on time and quality
- Escalate issues to project leads timely
- Participate in team retrospectives and knowledge sharing
- Identify client issues and develop solutions
