Travel Reservation Specialist - Remote | WFH

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all travel reservations, ensuring accurate responses to inquiries, quoting prices and payment terms, securing reservation options, documenting special requests, and processing payments.
  • Provide effective solutions to client concerns and objections, while managing issues with travel partners and guests.
  • Conduct outbound lead follow-up via phone and email to qualify leads.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction with travel agency partners, guests, and colleagues.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities (both verbal and written) to connect with travel agency partners, guests, and internal team members.
  • Proficient in quickly acquiring detailed knowledge of products and services offered.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn internal reservation systems and supporting technologies swiftly.
  • Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
  • Solid computer skills including basic proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously.
  • A genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, airline, or the travel industry—particularly in collaboration with professional travel agents—is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary: $21.15 per hour
  • Position Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire
