Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Facilitate effective communication with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Aid in the management of our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate client case notes and follow-up procedures within the CRM framework.
  • Address daily service inquiries from clients, demonstrating a proactive and positive approach.
  • Process all insurance and investment documentation and applications in a timely manner.
  • Guide clients through the processes of opening investment accounts and navigating insurance underwriting.
  • Contribute to special projects and assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to obtain the Minnesota State Life, Accident & Health License within 90 days.
  • Willingness to secure FINRA SIE, Series 7, & 63 licenses within one year.
