Job Title: Client Engagement Coordinator (Hybrid Role)

Job Overview

We are actively seeking an organized and proactive Client Engagement Coordinator to become a valued part of our team on a part-time basis (2 days onsite, 3 days remote). In this pivotal role, you will support our Client Engagement Manager and Director, as well as work closely with our Education and National Account Teams, ensuring the seamless execution of projects while keeping our clients consistently informed and engaged.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation Expert: Develop and maintain meeting agendas, event summaries, and all client communications, showcasing your exceptional organizational skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide logistical support to our Education and National Account Teams by coordinating field team assistance and managing all related logistics.
  • Presentation Specialist: Acquire mastery over our agency’s presentation exercises, positioning yourself as the go-to expert.
  • Reporting Analyst: Compile comprehensive client reports and documents while identifying opportunities to enhance client programs.
  • Logistics Coordinator: Oversee project logistics, proactively offering recommendations to your team lead.
  • Industry Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends and current events, sharing valuable insights with the team.
  • Creative Contributor: Engage in brainstorming sessions, bringing your creative ideas to life.
  • Agency Representative: Act as a representative for our agency at industry meetings and conferences.
  • Market Coach: Travel independently to various markets for team coaching, site inspections, client meetings, and vendor partnerships.
  • Additional Support: Assist the account team with various tasks as necessary.

Required Skills

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong capacity for ownership.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in managing administrative responsibilities while ensuring compliance with agency standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-12 months of relevant office experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in marketing agencies.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Base compensation range: \(64,350.00 - \)70,000.00 annually (pro-rated for part-time hours).
  • Eligibility for bonuses, with potential subject to applicable terms.
