Job description

The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for providing qualified internal and external candidates to successfully fill job opportunities within Tag. This position oversees the full lifecycle recruiting of exempt and non-exempt employees throughout Tag Americas.

This is a 3 month contract, supporting a large global account. You will need to have extensive previous experience in recruiting candidates with social and tech industry background.

JOB DUTIES

  • Fill full time employment vacancies on a national basis within the timelines required by the hiring manager, while providing a high level of customer service.

  • Develop and demonstrate mastery of competency and behavioral-based interviewing. 

  • Follow established processes for recruiting and sourcing of candidates.

  • Understand and articulate Tag's business proposition to potential candidates.

  • Ensure all applicants have been properly screened and all steps in the compliance process have been taken before any employee enters the client premises.

  • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers in order to understand their recruitment challenges and requirements.

  • Establish effective business relationships with hiring managers to fully understand complete job requirements and client culture.

  • Adhere to all relevant local and federal employment laws.

  • Identify, source and engage candidates through creative and innovative sourcing approaches.

  • Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle.  Ensure candidate has a positive recruiting experience.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline.

  • Ability to negotiate job offers, and initiate sales efforts to onboard candidates.

  • Leverage internal tools and your network to source a creative and diverse talent pool.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent is required.

  • Minimum of five years of recruitment experience.

  • Experience working in a customer service environment.

  • Experience filling executive level positions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment web sites preferred but not required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work within a "remote team" model.

  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, with an emphasis on detecting errors and/or potential fraud.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Provide excellent support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a world class candidate experience.

  • Ability to build strong, productive relationships with hiring managers.

  • Exposure to full lifecycle recruiting, including screening, negotiations/closing and candidate relationship management.

  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability.

  • Handle confidential information discreetly.

Remotely or in-office environment.

The salary range for this position is $75k minimum - $90k maximum per annum, pro rata. Compensation varies depending on location, job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs.
