Applications Development Lead - IT Applications

Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Applications Development Lead to join their IT Applications team. This role is fully remote, with the potential for conversion to a permanent position for the right candidate. We encourage applications from all eligible permanent residents or citizens.

As an Applications Development Lead, you will be the senior technical lead supporting the AEM and Workfront solution, with integrations to Salesforce via Talend and Cleo. You will be responsible for all technical aspects of the solution, from monitoring and troubleshooting the production environment to designing and implementing code fixes and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technical aspects of the AEM and Workfront solution
• Monitor and troubleshoot the production environment
• Design and implement code fixes and enhancements
• Manage both steady state and project work
• Support project implementations
  
  
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7-10 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in AEM Assets
• Significant hands-on solution architecture experience with AEM
• Proficiency in Java, JSP, HTML, JSON, XML, XMP, CSS, Javascript
• Experience with Jira, Bitbucket
• Expertise in DAM management, Asset Workflows and schedulers, Metadata Management and Tag Management
• Experience with integrations using APIs
• Experience in integration with third-party systems
• Ability to apply best practices to manage performance, security, and scalability of the AEM space
• Experience in AEM 6.5 Upgrade
