As a digital analyst senior or lead in our Personal Lines organization’s Media team, you’ll lead digital media campaigns, optimizing hundreds of millions of dollars of spend per year. You’ll manage digital assets, create floodlights and tags for delivery, and track projects with Google Campaign Manager (GCM) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Media, Marketing, Security, and Compliance and with external vendors. In this role, you’ll implement tracking for digital Marketing and Media campaigns, while ensuring strict adherence to data privacy and security standards. Also, you’ll troubleshoot the technical challenges of the coding and development involved with adding cookies, tagging websites, and placing pixels. Additionally, you’ll review and modify code (e.g., JavaScript and HTML) and elevate solutions. Lastly, you’ll collaborate with IT to troubleshoot technical challenges affecting site performance.

Remote work is allowed.

Must-have Qualifications

  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience in a professional setting including, experience tagging and reporting using Google Analytics/Google BigQuery/Google Tag Manager or a comparable digital analytics suite and cloud provider.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience in a professional setting including, experience tagging and reporting using Google Analytics/Google BigQuery/Google Tag Manager or a comparable digital analytics suite and cloud provider.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum three years analytical work experience in a professional setting including, experience tagging and reporting using Google Analytics/Google BigQuery/Google Tag Manager or a comparable digital analytics suite and cloud provider.

Preferred Skills

  • Expert with Google Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and DV360
  • Strong knowledge of pixels, floodlights, cookies, and digital campaign tracking
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges related to JS tag and pixel implementations
  • Thorough understanding of CCPA and states’ regulations and application to digital data
  • Proven communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, including negotiation skills and ability to influence others by educating and sharing information

Compensation

  • $77,100 - $124,300/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
