About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager on our integrations team, you will lead the product strategy, discovery, and delivery of Limble's integrations. You will leverage your experience in building seamless integrations for SaaS organizations and play a pivotal role in enhancing cross-organizational coordination and reducing manual efforts. Your technical expertise will enable you to design and define intricate integration details, driving progress, and delivering maximum success with optimal efficiency. This role will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our integrations deliver significant customer and business value.

How you’ll make an impact:
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define, execute, and refine the product strategy for integrations, ensuring alignment with company goals and product vision.

  • Integration Development: Work with internal teams to prioritize, manage, and deliver complex integration projects from concept to launch. Partner with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and scalability. Optimize processes to streamline integration development and ensure high-quality execution.

  • Outcomes & Impact: Define, track, and drive key leading success metrics resulting in met team revenue goals. Track, manage, and optimize the delivery process for optimal team productivity.

  • Research & Discovery: Identify, design, and prioritize key opportunities through continuously gathering qualitative, quantitative, and competitive insights. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives that align integration initiatives with business objectives and customer needs. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages idea-sharing and innovation.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically in building and managing integrations for SaaS organizations.

  • Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integration methodologies.

  • Proven track record of delivering complex integration projects from concept to launch.

  • Experience working with integration platforms (e.g., Fuse, Zapier) and familiarity with common integration patterns and best practices are a plus.

  • Strong ability to balance technical depth with strategic product thinking.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity in a high-growth, evolving environment.

  • Passion for creating customer-centric solutions with an eye for scalability and extensibility.

  • $140,000 - $175,000, depending on experience
