PayerPrice, a US-based healthcare technology startup, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Remote.

What will you do?

• Build and implement products for PayerPrice's customers.
• Develop internal tools and systems that power and scale the business.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks and achieve cost savings as the tech stack scales.
• Collaborate with the Product team to iteratively improve products for customers.
• Provide mentorship to engineers on best practices when necessary.
• Advocate for best-in-class technology and tools to improve the development experience.
• Contribute to operational excellence.

What will you bring on day one?

• 5+ years of software development experience beyond education and internships.
• 2+ years of remote experience working with a US-based, Silicon Valley tech company.
• Expertise in both backend and frontend development, with a strong focus on the backend.
• Familiarity with React, Nodejs, TypeScript, Python, and Golang; direct experience with these is a plus.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Effective interpersonal and English communication skills, with proven problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with DevOps tools like CI/CD and Elasticsearch is a plus.
• Experience with cloud services like EC2, S3, and Kubernetes is a plus.

Their stack: React, Nodejs, Typescript, Postgres, Python, Golang, Google Cloud, AWS.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Bilingual in English.
• Previous experience working at an American technology company.
