Job description

This is a remote position.

Compensation:
USD 17 - 27/hour.

Location:
Remote (anywhere).

What makes you a strong candidate:

  • You are proficient in SEO (Search Engine Optimization), inventory management, order processing, and Shopify.
  • English - Conversational.
Responsibilities and more:
  • Manage product listings, including uploads, updates, and inventory management.
  • Handle order processing, tracking, and customer inquiries to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor website performance and implement improvements for user experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to manage promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
  • Conduct regular audits of the store to ensure accuracy in pricing, inventory, and product information.
  • Generate and analyze reports to monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone as needed.
  • Stay updated on Shopify features and e-commerce trends to enhance store functionality.


Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Shopify platform functionalities and features.
  • Proficiency in data entry, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
  • English proficiency is a MUST.
