We are currently looking for detail-oriented and conscientious Senior Commission Analyst to join the Finance Team. Reporting to and partnering with the Director of FP&A, you will lead the administration of variable compensation for 200+ employees across multiple departments.
What your impact will look like hereCompile and deliver a portion of the company monthly P&L forecasts to ensure we meet and achieve all of our key metrics and ensure senior management has visibility into risks and opportunities.With your FP&A staff, work closely with assigned ELT members and their teams as their Finance Business Partner (FBP). Gain critical insight into all financial and operational aspects of their business and be the conduit to the leader of FPA, CFO, and CEO for all FBP financial matters.Lead a portion of the FP&A team’s core financial process including long-range planning, annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, board of directors financial reporting, and monthly close processes.Perform in-depth, comprehensive financial analysis and planning, including identifying, evaluating, and improving all key drivers of business performance for those departments that your FP&A team are assigned. Assist in optimizing financial performance at multiple levels throughout the organization.Prepare proactive reporting and analysis of key performance measurement indicators, revenue and expense drivers, and product line profitability.Work with the other FP&A Directors and cross-functionally with Sales and Business Operations team to assist in preparation of customer retention analysis and ARR views.Build, retain, and mentor a small collaborative, effective, execution-oriented, and impactful team of junior finance analysts and finance managers.Assist leader of FP&A, Controller, and CFO in maintaining internal controls, policies, and procedures related to financial reporting and compliance.Actively participate and lead when assigned in all meetings with Finance senior management. Continually partner cross-functionally to formulate and achieve our strategic financial goals.Create analyses, commentary, and presentation materials for Board of Director requests.Assist CRO and leader of FP&A in communicating timely and accurately with the Board of Directors and Executive Team.Partner with leader of FP&A and Corporate development on financial diligence during M&A pre-acquisition, and drive synergy reporting and attainment of financial targets post acquisition.You will love this job if you haveBA/BS from top tier education institutions; MBA, CFA and/or other relevant certifications are a bonus.7+ years of finance experience overall; 5+ years’ experience in strategic financial role with supervisory accountability for a high growth company.Private equity finance experience is a strong plus.Demonstrated understanding of SaaS and Professional Services Implementation metrics, KPIs, and business fundamentals.Hyper growth experience strongly preferred.Track record of working cross-functionally, partnering with team leads to deliver maximum business value.Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate well with stakeholders across the business.Passion for working in fast-paced, ambiguous work context, where you can flourish with minimal guidance.Urgency, accountability and ownership on all tasks and projects are critical characteristics of the successful candidate.
