I am a Talent Attraction Analyst looking for people located in Brazil for a Mid Node Developer position to join our innovation team and work on a project in the pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Create and optimize APIs for scalability and performance.
- Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.
- Implement data storage solutions, including databases, key-value stores, and other back-end services.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure high code quality through automated testing and code reviews.
- Monitor and optimize the performance and security of the application.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Node.js and back-end technologies.

Requirements for this challenge:
- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer with a strong focus on Node.js.
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT) and security best practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Mocha, Jest, or Vitest.
- Intermediate English Level

- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
