Our client is an AI-powered personal assistant designed to revolutionize business operations for brokers, residential service providers, and real estate agents. Their mission is to streamline processes like lead generation, scheduling, client engagement, and more, allowing businesses to focus on what they do best while the product works in the background to boost productivity. We're seeking a Fullstack Engineer skilled in React, Ruby on Rails, and Google Cloud to join our team. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining core systems, delivering intuitive user experiences, and leveraging AI to empower businesses across industries.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Take ownership of the entire stack (Front and back) and work on paired programming with the other developer who is the founder.
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React and Ruby on Rails, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Build and optimize cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud services to support our AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and UX/UI designers to create seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices in software development.
• Implement scalable and secure backend APIs and microservices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Monitor and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to improving development processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to continually improve our platform.
  

WHO YOU´RE:

• 3+ years of experience in full stack development with a focus on React and Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in developing cloud-based applications, particularly with Google Cloud services (e.g., Cloud Functions, App Engine, Firebase, Pub/Sub).
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning technologies (bonus if you've worked with AI-powered applications).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of real estate, brokerage, or residential service industries.
• Experience with CRM systems and API integrations.
