What is this position about?

You will be working with a diverse team composed of talented Engineers immersed in the area of private investment banking.

We are looking for an experienced DevOps/Automation Engineer to join our Network Security team. This role focuses on enhancing automation processes, securing our network infrastructure, and improving monitoring systems. You will work closely with security, operations, and development teams to ensure the seamless integration of security and automation practices in our infrastructure.

Job Description

Design and implement automation workflows to streamline network security operations.
Manage and deploy Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions for a scalable and secure infrastructure.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Collaborate with security engineers to integrate security tools and practices, ensuring compliance and protection of sensitive systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot network security environments using platforms like Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of network infrastructure.
Document automation and monitoring processes to ensure easy reproducibility and transparency.
Stay up to date with emerging security trends, vulnerabilities, and technologies.

Qualifications

Experience in DevOps, Automation, and Network Security roles.
Proficient in scripting and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
Strong knowledge of network security protocols, firewall management, and vulnerability management tools.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and cloud platforms (AWS preferred ).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex network and infrastructure issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
