Sales Manager (M/F)

FOR THE GERMANY/CENTRAL EUROPE AREA

(Permanent, Home Office Germany-Poland-Czech Republic)

In the context of a replacement and to support its rapid growth, the Group wishes to integrate a confirmed Sales Manager, in a home office setting. The position is part of the End Users team, which manages the sales of local projects, additional services, and spare parts.

+ THE POSITION

Within the End Users team, the Sales Manager for Germany and Eastern Europe is responsible for developing and maintaining strong and trusting relationships with local distributors and end customers, primarily refineries.

The Sales Manager relies on Application Engineers and after-sales teams, based notably in France.

Here is an overview of the missions:

  • Promote innovations by proposing upgrades to existing installations,

  • Conduct audits of spare parts inventory and analyze risks,

  • Present equipment for local projects,

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 sites to visit regularly.

+ YOUR PROFILE

Essential for this position:

  • A technical formation (basic knowledge of mechanics),

  • A first experience in Sales, Field Service, or After-Sales Service with technical products,

  • Proficiency in German and English.
