Job description

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Digital Communications & Employee Experience Intern for 6 months from January to June 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

At Pernod Ricard University, this role plays a key part in enhancing the employee experience and driving the upskilling of our teams to support the company’s transformation roadmap. In the context of Pernod Ricard’s shift towards a new learning culture built on a skill-based organizational model, this position focuses on developing a modernized learning ecosystem and creating dynamic, engaging learning experiences that align with our evolving goals.

Your key missions:

In support of the Pernod Ricard University team:

  • Design and deliver upskilling programs to Top Management and all employees
    • You will oversee the development of programs by partners, monitoring timelines and quality.
    • You will create (or coordinate) the content creation, test and translate in 13 languages.
    • You will set up learning sessions, monitor attendance and support facilitation.
  • New learning ecosystem
    • You will contribute to the UX design and technical tests (with the HR Tech team).
    • You will oversee the migration of learning material from past to new systems.
  • Global learning change management
    • You will support the affiliates’ HR or Comms teams in the promotion and tracking of the new learning culture and programs roll-out.
    • You will design assets for internal or external communications to foster adoption of new contents or solutions.

  • You have a major in Communications or Human Resources in a business school or university.
  • You are tecch savy and are interested in digital news
  • You are curious, autonomous, interested in competency development and working in international teams.
  • You are fluent in English, French is a plus.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
