We are currently seeking a full-time Clinical Outsourcing Manager*. You will work in Tuebingen, Munich or home based (Germany).
Your mission
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks:

Select vendors for clinical trials
Negotiate vendor contracts and set-up with handover to internal stakeholders after finalization
Support the preparation of sponsor oversight tools and procedures
Provide vendor governance to oversee compliant clinical trial conduct outsourced to external collaboration partners
Review performance of vendors
Ensure an effective interface between internal stakeholders (i.e. Clinical Operations team) and external collaboration partners in clinical trials
Act as escalation point in case of unresolved issues with external collaboration partners
Develop and maintain SOPs, guidance documents & training material for clinical outsourcing
Ensure vendor-specific performance review and reporting tools
Your profile
You have successfully completed an MSc degree in life sciences or hold an equivalent degree. You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in vendor or contract management. You like to set priorities in a fast-paced industry, enjoy working in a team and have a good command of written and spoken English. You have convincing negotiating skills and enjoy working independently in a structured, reliable and forward-looking manner. You are willing to drive corporate standards and global harmonization in the field of clinical outsourcing. Besides, you are able to adapt to fast changing situations and are always ready to give your best.Â
