Job description

The Customer Success Architect role provides the solutions architecture for customers who utilise the Cloud Centre of Excellence (CoE), a hub for transforming their technical environments using cloud native technologies and tooling and advancing their cloud strategy. 

 

Your role in the team...

  • Architect solutions for customers using Azure technology stacks
  • Review customer architecture
  • Advise customers on new technologies within the Azure stacks
  • Lead a customer’s Customer Success Plan to modernise and become cloud native
  • Manage and Create Backlog Items and Tasks in Dynamics365 CRM as part of the customer backlog in Cloud CoE
  • Provide architectural and solution support to the CoE Engineers configuring the solutions the CSA has designed
  • Provide an escalation point for the Service Desk Squads to customer queries and problem tickets
  • Provide a change advisor role where needed within ANS’ Change Advisory Board (CAB)

 

What we'll need from you...

  • Experience of working with Azure environments and architecting solutions in Azure
  • Experience of utilising cloud native platform as a service (PaaS) offerings, such as, Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service, etc.
  • Knowledge of cloud migration and transformation strategies
  • Awareness of recent technology industry shifts and directions of travel
  • Ideally experience of Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption and/or Well Architected Frameworks
