Job Summary 🧾

We’re looking for a Conversational Designer to create intuitive and engaging conversational experiences that drive customer engagement and sales. You'll own projects from concept to execution, leveraging Yalo’s products to maximize effectiveness.

Your Mission

Innovate and elevate the standard of conversational experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities 🧠

Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and engineers to understand customer needs and sales objectives.
Design conversational flows, scripts, and prompts that align with each brand and its goals.
Take ownership of projects from design to testing and improvements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Analyze data and feedback to optimize interactions and increase conversion rates.
Learn how to use Yalo's products to create virtual assistants.

Ideal Candidate

Have availability to work with Indian time zone
Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
Proven experience in creating engaging conversational experiences.

Job Requirements 💻

Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Psychology, Communication, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
+4 years in conversational design, UX design, or a similar role.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Whimsical).
Familiarity with conversational platforms (e.g., Dialogflow).
Understanding of prompt engineering.
Strong analytical skills to inform design decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn.
Proactive in staying updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in conversational design and AI.
