What we're looking for

Our client, a leading wellness brand based in the US, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will serve as the CEO’s right hand, overseeing daily operations, managing key projects, and driving efficiency across all areas of the business. You'll be responsible for coordinating with contractors, streamlining processes, analyzing data, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing and operational strategies. Your role will be crucial in supporting the company's rapid growth, ensuring high standards are met, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Position Overview

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s operational processes. You’ll work closely with the CEO to implement strategies, improve workflows, and ensure that projects are completed on time. You’ll also lead key initiatives, including marketing efforts, partnerships, and customer satisfaction programs, all while managing a diverse team of contractors and suppliers. This is an exciting role for someone who excels in decision-making, loves learning, and can quickly adapt to new challenges.

Key Responsabilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, adapting to changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Process Optimization: Track and improve existing SOPs and KPIs, and develop new ones to streamline operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, contractors, and other departments to align on goals and deliverables.
  • Contractor & Vendor Relations: Maintain strong communication with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and effective partnerships.
  • Customer Support Management: Ensure the customer support team is delivering high-quality service and managing returns efficiently.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights and identify areas for improvement.
  • Content Management: Ensure the content creation process meets industry standards, managing key influencers and content creators.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports directly to the CEO.

Requirements
