Job description

Staffaro is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative who will be a first point of contact. The preferred candidate is someone who is a visionary and very detail-oriented.

Qualities:

- Someone who is proactive

- Committed to getting things done

- Interest in the quality of the work to be delivered

- Has customer service experience

- Has sales experience

Roles/Responsibilities:

- Answering the phone

- Taking messages

- Quote gathering

- Leads follow up

- Client invoicing

- Assigning contractors to jobs

- Email Management & Social Media Replies

- Booking appointments

Tools to be used:

- Slack for team communication

- BookingKoala, Jobber, Housecall Pro,

Team fit requirements:

-Open minded learner and interested in learning new things

-Someone very organized

-Someone who’s interested in getting things right

-Someone who can take an idea and turn them into action plans.

Time zone: Working hours would be either in Eastern standard time or central standard time US.
