CPT-7345 CRM Administrator VA

REQUIRED SERVICE: Business Support VA
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Entry to Advanced Level
MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 10 hours/week
SHIFT TIME ZONE: PST
SHIFT HOURS: FLEX, but be available for at least 1 hour a day/week to meet
SHIFT DAYS: FLEX

Responsibilities:
  • Software Categorization: Sort G2.com software companies by assigned software categories.
  • Data Scraping: Extract company information including URLs, LinkedIn URLs, websites, and other relevant details into a spreadsheet.
  • CSV File Creation: Prepare CSV files for import into the CRM system, Apollo.io. Familiarity with Apollo.io is a plus; training will be provided if necessary.
  • Email Campaign: Develop email sequence campaigns using provided templates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source candidates for job orders.
Software Tools/Knowledge:
  • Essential: Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Preferred: jobin.cloud
Requirements:
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate data collection and entry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using the specified software tools.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Experience: Prior experience with data management and email marketing is preferred.
