What is the role about

The Senior Workday Compensation Analyst is responsible for the configuration, implementation and support of the advanced compensation module in Workday, with the goal of providing excellent system reliability, performance, availability and overall system optimization. The incumbent will be responsible for working with the HR, Compensation, and Payroll teams to support continuous improvement including supporting the bi-annual releases of the Workday system.

As a VR consultant, you will have the flexibility to manage your own day, as long as you meet your set objectives and client demands. Often your team will be a mix of on-site and remote based members who will connect using IM, video calls and an online ticketing system. Good communication skills and time management is essential for this role.
