At PVcase’s newly forming greenfield initiative, product managers, designers, and engineers will work closely together to set up a seamless foundation among different PVcase products. Your role in the team would be to foster a shared understanding of user’s needs and help shape the product in a direction that helps serve those needs while also serving business goals. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver product functionalities that are proven to be well-designed
Own and drive improvements in user experience and business metrics
Conduct research and usability tests by having frequent touchpoints with PVcase’s users
Analyze the impact your design initiatives had on end-users and communicate these findings to the wider product team
Collaborate with a product manager and engineering lead to explore new opportunities, represent the product to the wider company, and set future priorities
Collaborate with other product teams on initiatives that improve the intersections of multiple products
Govern one of PVcase’s two design systems
Create various design artifacts, such as wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, to make informed product decisions.
Be the voice that educates the organization on best UX practices and maintains high design maturity standards.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve the way the PVcase design team works.
