BS in Life Sciences, Engineering or similar, 2+ years' experience in FAS or customer-facing roles, Excellent organizational and analytical skills, Good communication skills in Mandarin and English, Experience with antibody-based assays and microscopy.
Key responsabilities:
- Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting and training
- Manage assigned territory independently
- Provide technical support and WebEx education
- Accurately record information in CRM
- Advocate for the customer and provide feedback
