Job Overview

Strikingly is a cutting-edge, mobile-responsive website builder dedicated to empowering individuals to express their creativity. With our headquarters in Shanghai, China, and strong ties to Silicon Valley, we are supported by esteemed investors such as Y Combinator, SV Angel, and Index Ventures. We are currently in search of a Bilingual Chinese-English Non-Voice Customer Support agent, affectionately known as Happiness Officers, who will provide exceptional support through our email and live-chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embody our brand’s voice and character in every customer interaction, ensuring alignment with Strikingly's tone.
  • Create memorable experiences for customers by delivering outstanding service across all communication channels (email, chat, social media).
  • Translate our product offerings and all customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails, into Chinese.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our products and internal software to assist customers effectively.
  • Foster a positive and uplifting atmosphere in all customer and team exchanges.

Required Skills

  • Professional proficiency in both Chinese and English.
  • A strong desire to assist individuals with varying levels of understanding.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning, along with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Capability to work full-time (40 hours per week) and maintain an effective home office setup.

Qualifications

  • A professional level of communication in Chinese and English is essential.
  • Experience in customer service roles is highly desirable.
  • Technical proficiency with a personal computer that meets specified requirements is necessary.
