Marketing Analyst Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in an agency setting
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (or similar programs), Trade Desk, Excel and Ninja Cat
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project timelines
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear stories
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Must be based in Louisana or Texas Baton Rouge or surrounding areas are preferred

Marketing Analyst Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends and actionable insights
  • Create intuitive data reports to showcase client outcomes and campaign performance
  • Pull monthly reports using tools like Ninja Cat, Google Analytics, Oracle, and Tableau
  • Support digital buy-in efforts by providing data analysis and insights

  • Develop case studies for new business pitches and contribute to agency branding efforts
  • Collaborate with the digital team to ensure data accuracy and support client needs
