Roles & Responsibilities
• Perform Design for Reliability (DFR) for New/Existing products during the Product Development Life
Cycle to determine the design weaknesses.
• Perform Reliability Prediction based on the Parts Stress and Parts Count method.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to understand the system and incorporate series/parallel
configuration into the Reliability Block Diagram (RBD).
• Perform Root cause analysis, 8D’s, Fishbone, Scatter plot diagram etc.
• Prepare Reliability Test plan (RDT/HALT/ALT) for new and existing products.
• Perform Reliability Growth Testing by collecting data from different sources and generating meaningful
Reliability reports.
• Perform automation,analytics and generate reports as per project requirements.
• Flexible enough to engage on multiple projects based on customer requirements.
• Work with cross-functional team as well as global engineering team for designing and maintaining the
reliability driven new product and/or existing product requirement.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in engineering with 6 to 10 years of experience in Reliability Engineering.
• Comfortable working with US-based timings
Mandatory Skills:
• Reliability Allocations, Reliability Prediction, Reliability Modelling, Reliability Demonstration Test plan.
• Field/Test Data Analysis and interpretation in advance Excel
• Experience in performing Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and
Weibull Analysis.
• Incorporate DFR into new/sustaining products.
• Any one Reliability Software – Reliasoft/PTC/RAM Commander
• Power BI, Advance Excel (VBA), Minitab

• Experience in the Semiconductor industry
