Role Overview:
As a Java Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Your expertise will be critical in generating high-quality training data for fine-tuning LLMs using Supervised Fine Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
Key Responsibilities:
Write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality standards.
Develop web apps using modular and scalable architectures with a focus on code readability and security.
Create and provide prompt-response pairs for SFT and evaluate model outputs for RLHF.
Required Skills:
Proficient in Java's syntax and conventions.
At least 4 years of experience as a web engineer.
Strong focus on code readability, security, and testing.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Detail-oriented and attentive to specifics.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Planning.
