JOB SUMMARY:

 RafterOne's Salesforce B2B Practice is searching for a tech-savvy, self-motivated Software Engineer to join our team as a Salesforce B2B Commerce Engineer. In this role, you’ll potentially serve in a dual capacity supporting both heads-down implementation of requirements working in unison with our BA, as well as mentoring a team of Engineers that work out of our Delivery Center in India.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, code, test, implement and maintain Salesforce applications.  
• Responsible for configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging of the systems applications.  
• Collaborate with clients and project teams.  
• Provide technical assistance to clients and end users, and production support.  
• Develop components using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Java, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch apex and Salesforce APIs.  
• Perform configuration and customizations of the Salesforce.com platform.  
• Administer Salesforce.com platform.  

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

• A Bachelor’s Degree, in Information Technology or Computer Science OR equivalent combination of education and experience  required 
• 2+ years application/software development experience  
• 1+ years Salesforce platform experience 
• Applicable SF Cloud Certification(s) preferred 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

• Proficient in framework like struts, spring, hibernate object-oriented programming, system integration, and webservices 
• Has a strong knowledge of Java Script 
• Knowledge of Version Control Systems like Git, SVN, CVS, Bitbucke 
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and writing skills 
• Adept at communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization 
• Superior abilities in problem-solving, project management, and customer service 
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence are beneficial 
• Knowledge of any AngularJs, NodeJs, VueJs, ReactJs are good to have
