Job description

We’re seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join us in enhancing our platform's user
experience and interface. You'll play a key role in the design and implementation of new features, refine existing ones, and ensure our platform is intuitive,
accessible, and engaging for all users.

What You Will Do

Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for our AI-powered platforms.
Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our brand and user goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve user experience.
Stay updated with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

What You Offer

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer for at least 4 years.
A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design, branding, and visual design.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience with user research and usability testing.
A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
Commitment to the mission and vision of Path, with a desire to leverage your skills to drive the company and your career forward.
English proficiency: C1/C2.

Salary:

2.000 USD - 3.500 USD per month

As part of the application process, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a paid design assignment, for which $1,000 will be provided upon completion.
