This is a remote position.

About the Position:

At Advancio, we are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, specializing in sourcing, screening, and selecting top IT talent. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruiting for technical roles and be fluent in English, as they will be collaborating with global teams and candidates. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented recruiter who can help us attract the best talent in a competitive IT market.



Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
  • Proven experience recruiting for technical positions (e.g., software developers, system administrators, data engineers).
  • Fluent in English (advanced level), both written and spoken, as a must.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and IT market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Previous experience in a multinational or remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate technical and soft skills.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback and advice to both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep up with the latest trends and tools in IT recruitment and continuously improve recruitment practices.
  • Use advanced English to communicate effectively with international candidates and internal teams.
