About Our Project

We are looking for a committed Test Manager capable to coordinate multiple teams of test analysts and automation testers for our Client from European public sector.

Client activities focus on international cooperation and building partnerships with countries and international organisation around the world to contribute to sustainable development, poverty eradication, the consolidation of peace and the protection of human rights.

You will work in international project environment in close cooperation with Client representatives. Your area of responsibility will involve creating test strategies for different types of testing including UI, integration and automated tests, monitoring the test process and its progress and managing relation and dependencies between different project teams. We also hope your leadership attitude and mentorship skills will enhance professional growth of your team members to deliver the best possible service to our Client.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• 5+ years of experiences in Test Management;
• Experience in test automation with Selenium and Cucumber;
• Knowledge of IntelliJ, API testing (Postman), JMeter, Jira + Zephyr;
• Experience with test teams’ management and coordination and tracking progress of test execution;
• Experience with test estimation;
• Creating test plans and test strategies;
• Experience in Agile projects;
• Self-driven and ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• Experience in test team management;
• Effective communication in English(B2+).

Your Daily Tasks Would Include:

• Defining test processes and test documentation together with project partners;
• Identification of test objects;
• Day-to-day communication with stakeholders;
• Leading test teams and test process (planning, coordinating and executing testing) across organizations;
• Review and verification of test resource planning;
• Checking detailed time schedules of tests and align plan with Project Manager;
• Day-by-day tracking of preparation and execution status and test progress in JIRA/Zephyr, handling critical issues and risk evaluation;
• Defect management: balance priority, criticality, resolution plan and possible work around definition for open known defects;
• Interacting with test and integration teams at establishing test environment(s), generating test cases and test data.
