For this role, we are looking for applicants based in Burkina Faso.
The Job
The Partnership Officer will be responsible for managing relationships and build strong alliances with the county governments and community-based organizations. You'll participate in relevant working groups to ensure that Tiko’s voice is heard at the right levels. Apart from this, you’ll also be responsible to:
- Act as the point of contact that aligns our operational execution with stakeholder particularities, and ensure our field team is aware of these and oversee their implementation.
- Enlist the help of the Ecosystem Launchers and Trainers to ensure that the local county governments and CBO’s are educated about TIKO and how it works.
- Coordinating and supporting other field teams to ensure that work runs smoothly and effectively.
- Promote Tiko’s visibility in the county government activities
About you
You have excellent communication skills and are able to represent Tiko in front of donors and at public events with confidence. You can teach and mentor others to succeed.
Requirements
- A degree or relevant working experience in a similar field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Have experience working and engaging with county governments
- Background in SRH is mandatory
- Advanced level of English is required
The Rewards
At Tiko we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. The monthly salary bracket for this position is CFA745,650 - CFA1,118,475 gross, plus benefits. We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.
