With a paid hotel stay for the first month, this role provides a great start to your adventure in a vibrant new country while furthering your career in customer service.

As a Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, providing them with excellent service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include answering queries, resolving issues, and delivering detailed information about our products to ensure an enjoyable customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Address customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
  • Keep up-to-date with product offerings and company policies
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our systems
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for quality service
  • Proficient in using technology and customer support software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with covered accommodation
